One of my favorite sources for the latest science on nutrition and mental health is nutritionfacts.org. This is an informative website created and maintained by Dr. Michael Greger, a Cornell-trained physician who specializes in clinical nutrition. Through entertaining videos and articles, Dr. Greger does a nice job of translating scientific findings into comprehensible terms for the non-scientist.
